I still have a cooking error although I installed Visual Studio 2022 with tha latest MSVC C++ build tools (14.44 instead of 14.38, 14.38 not showing up anymore in the Visual Studio installer).

Hi Eric,
The error log clearly shows that the issue is due to using version 14.44 instead of 14.38. Are you certain you are selecting the correct build tools (x64/x86)? I just checked with the latest version of Visual Studio, and the 14.38 build tools are still available:
