When I run with one of the UE5 project, my computer shows an overload . It don't happen with other project.

My computer spec is i9-13th and 4080. I think it should be enough to running the works. May I know how can I reduce the quality or change the setting can help to fix this problem ? I want the Fps is over 30fps.
