License transfer to new workstations fails

Hello and Happy New Year!

we are in the process of replacing 3 Aximmetry Broadcast DE workstations with new machines and the licenses cannot be activated raising an error "Invalid activation request -Invalid request code". Old and new installations are at the latest 2024.3.0 versions. The new machines are installed with Windows 10.0.26100.12605 (windows 11) while the "old" ones were in Windows 10.
