2024.3.0version 3D Clean Plate Generator doesn't see Studio model

Hello, I am currently using the studio version on March 0, 2024, and 3D Clean Plate Generator doesn't see Studio model. Using the Use Direction Dependent Clean Plate method above, I can see my 3D plate model, otherwise it will not be displayed and the texture cannot be saved. What should I do?

Do you have any suggestions?

But I'm using the same model, and it's no problem with the previous version

Or is it because of my license issues? Broadcast version available,Studio version not supported?

I really want to know why. It's distressing to have such a powerful tool and not be able to use it. Please at least give me a direction to solve it, thank you

I've also consulted a lot of information.,Some people told me it's a problem with UV.,I remade the model according to it.,Still can't solve it🙃。 If anyone else has any suggestions.,Please be sure to tell me.,Thank you.🙏

Or tell me straight up that the free studio version isn't supported😅

Hi,

The 3D Clean Plate feature requires a Broadcast license to use it.

There are no license limitations that could affect this. Other than that studio version doesn't support professional tracking systems, more on it here: https://aximmetry.com/learn/virtual-production-workflow/supported-hardware/professional-camera-and-object-tracking-systems/tracking-systems/

You shouldn't be using the Use Direction Dependent Clean Plate, as it is an experimental option and does not support saving textures.

We could open your model without an issue:

However, we're not entirely sure of the exact problem you're facing. Some additional descriptions and screenshots would be helpful, especially those showing how the model is imported into the Flow Editor, as well as the settings and view of the 3D clean plate.

Warmest regards,

Hi,Eifert@Aximmetry

Thank you very much for your response. At least you helped me eliminate the issue with the license version, which gave me more motivation to solve the problem. Next, I will elaborate on my testing steps:
To eliminate interference, I will use the official template News Room - TrackedCam_3- Cam.

1,I imported the model :

2.Ensure that the model has not imported any materials,:

3. I select the keyed view and set the keyer type to CLEAN PLATE3D GENERATOR, Choose Blended mode,Click move model in front of camera. But nothing was displayed;

To ensure that the model does not deviate too much and become invisible, I entered the compound and checked the 'Use Direction Dependent Clean Plate' option to make the model visible, indicating that the model has not deviated from the viewport.

For this, I even switched to a different computer and reinstalled the studio version for testing. Did you successfully import and display the model using the studio version?

After splitting the compounds for comparison, I found that it may be because the clean plate 3D Generator did not generate a model:

1,The Direction Dependent Clean Plate 3D Generator can display normally:

2,Unable to display with Clean Plate 3D Generator:

Hi Alan,

I am really sorry for the confusion earlier. It turns out that the Clean Plate 3D is indeed a feature available only in the Broadcast version.

Note that you can request a Broadcast trial license to test out this feature: https://my.aximmetry.com/User/RequestTrialLicense

Warmest regards,

Hi,

I don't think the 3D Clean Plate feature is being considered for availability in the Studio version. One reason for this is that the Studio version does not support professional tracking systems and the accuracy provided by a professional tracking system is usually necessary for the 3D Clean Plate to function optimally.
You can read more about professional tracking systems here: https://aximmetry.com/learn/virtual-production-workflow/supported-hardware/professional-camera-and-object-tracking-systems/tracking-systems/#professional-tracking-systems

Also, if I purchase a Vive Mars system, Can I take advantage of the 3D clean board feature?

Hi Alan,

Vive Mars is a professional camera tracking system that uses the Free-D tracking protocol, so it requires an Aximmetry Broadcast license for use.
If you purchase Vive Mars in a package that includes Aximmetry Broadcast, you will be able to use the 3D Clean Plate feature with that Broadcast license, of course.

Warmest regards,
