I found that when I add a post process volume to the scene and give it a postprocessmaterial to replace the tonemapper, after Cook is completed, Axximeetry crashes and removes the material when opening the scene, so there won't be any errors

Do you mean the Unreal Editor for Aximmetry crashes or the Aximmetry Composer crashes when you run the cooked Unreal project with it?
I attempted to reproduce the crash using the GridPostProcess material but was unable to replicate the problem:
If the GridPostProcess material, which you can locate in the Engine Content, functions correctly for you, the issue might be specific to the material you are using. In that case, if you can share your post-process material, we can take a look at it to see what goes wrong.
