crash when ue add a replacing the tonemapper postprocessmaterial

 

Hi,

I found that when I add a post process volume to the scene and give it a postprocessmaterial to replace the tonemapper, after Cook is completed, Axximeetry crashes and removes the material when opening the scene, so there won't be any errors

I realy need this postprocessmaterial,how to fix

Hi,

Do you mean the Unreal Editor for Aximmetry crashes or the Aximmetry Composer crashes when you run the cooked Unreal project with it?

I attempted to reproduce the crash using the GridPostProcess material but was unable to replicate the problem:

If the GridPostProcess material, which you can locate in the Engine Content, functions correctly for you, the issue might be specific to the material you are using. In that case, if you can share your post-process material, we can take a look at it to see what goes wrong.

Hi,

Still, it didn't crash for me. Could you clarify whether it's the Unreal Editor for Aximmetry that crashes, or does the Aximmetry Composer crash when you run the cooked Unreal project?
An error log would be very helpful. Both Aximmetry and Unreal save logs in a text file, even if they crash.
