Hi,

It seems you haven't installed the MSVC v143 - Visual Studio 2022 C++ x64/x86 build tools (v14.38-17.8) for Visual Studio 2022:

This can lead to problems when cooking certain plugins or code in Unreal Engine 5.4.

Additionally, ensure that the rest of Visual Studio 2022 is installed as described in the following guide:
