I'm Terence, administrator of this account. I have 2 broadcast DE trial licenses that are still valid and activated for my machine, but when I attempted to start the software today, it requested for my activation code again. I logged in and tried de-activating the license which was still stated as activated on that machine, and punching in the code again but it refused to re-activate, saying that Broadcast DE trial has been activated on this machine before, and I needed to contact sales@aximmetry.com to re-activate.
This seems very odd as I have been using the software even up till last week with no issues. Can you please help.
