These is baked light maps not realtime lighting, so this dashboard only change the materials for the 3d objects.

Unfortunately it's not that simple. These menu is switching between baked lighting presets. You cannot add further ones, because we do not provide the original 3DS Max resources that are needed for generating additional lightmaps.
The only thing you can do is adding realtime lighting to the existing presets using the Spot Light, Point Light etc. modules.
