Thank you Eifert for trying to help Eifert. I followed those instructions on how to download visual studio and tried cooking again. Although the cooking does not fail instantly, it still showcase the same yellow error messages written on my first post and the cooking process never ends. It keeps on loading and loading. Besides downloading visual studio and those packages is there anything else I have to do? Do I have to have visual studio opened as I cook?

You can ignore the yellow errors. You will experience long cooking times when cooking a scene for the first time. Just be patient and let your computer work.
For example, some of Unreal's complex example scenes can even take a half day to cook on slower computers when cooking for the first time.
