This could be an UE issue but just making sure. We are seeing very noisy shadows and jagged edges, etc. We looked all over for a solution. It happens when zoomed out on scene. Thanks

It is almost certainly a UE issue.
It's unlikely that the shadows appear noisy due to anti-aliasing. The noise probably results from the shadow settings, which vary depending on the lighting and shadow methods you're using in Unreal.
In the case of the jagged edges, you can check if changing the Anti-Aliasing Method in the Unreal's Project Settings affects it:
Make sure you change the Anti-Aliasing Method for the Default Settings and not for the Mobile.
