Out of sync between Fill&Key on SDI output

Hello,

I'm using Aximmetry SE for a Live TV Show. My output configuration is SDI 1080i50 Fill&Key with a BlackMagic Duo Duo broadcast board.

After some hour I've seen that Fill & Key is out of sync.

The only workaround I've found is to close and reopen Aximmetry.

During a live TV Show it's not easy to close and reopen the application.

Do you have any solution or any advice to solve this problem?

Hi George,

To maintain consistent delay across the system, every device that the key and fill signals pass through should be genlocked. This includes the signal source (keyer) and Aximmetry.

In theory, simply turning the INPUT on and off should yield similar results to turning off Aximmetry:

If you can provide details about your exact setup, such as the types of devices used for keying and any intermediary devices, as well as how the external keyer is configured, we might be able to offer you more specific advice.
