Trying to use set exention but the calibration keep not working, it either get the floor crooked or higher than it should, already tried redoing it 5 time each time it get worng on a diferent way, any one knows what I'm doing wrong?

Which calibration are you performing?
Note that the Camera Calibrator does not detect the floor's position. If your tracking system cannot determine the camera's height (relative to the floor's position), you can use the ORIGIN panel to define it.
