the camera parameters hide under aximmetry virtual camera compound

When update to aximmetry 2024 3.0, there is a big change as i mentioned in the post title. i used to change the aximmetry camera parameters a lot, so here now in this version, how to set the camera raw para.

In old version,  you also told me a way to change it . To build a camera blueprint my own like this pic blow

In this way, i can change the para, but only when the ue is not running, i can't make Synchronous adjustments to see how the cam view goes when i change the camera value ,this can be done in aximmetry 2024.2.0.

And the cam view looks quiet different between play and design mode, i changed the exposure of the lens

Thanks for your coming advise ~~

You would normally change these parameters on the PostProcessVolume and not on the camera.

And i found out when using rain with Ultra_Dynamic_Weather,  it doesn't work in aximmetry view

Hi,

To address the first question, if you have settings that are only available in the CineCamera and not in the PostProcessVolume, you can add your own CineCamera Actor by following these steps:

Create a new Blueprint Class:

Select the CineCameraActor as the parent class for the new Blueprint class:

Open the created blueprint to view and edit the camera parameters according to your needs.

In your scene, select the Aximmetry Camera and scroll down through its components until you find the Camera component. Select it and set its Child Actor Class to the Blueprint class you created:

Regarding the issue with the Ultra_Dynamic_Weather asset, there could be several reasons it's not appearing. I recommend debugging it using Live Sync: https://aximmetry.com/learn/virtual-production-workflow/obtaining-graphics-and-virtual-assets/creating-content-for-aximmetry-de/interactive-editing-with-live-sync/

First, check if the weather system is initializing correctly and ensure it's not linked to the player character actor in Unreal instead of the camera. Then you should check if it is a material-related issue by changing the effect's material to a simple one and checking if the changed material is visible.

Warmest regards,
