Invalid Request Code when activating product

 

Hello,

I’m unable to activate the product due to an “Invalid Request Code” error. I’ve installed both the SE and DE versions, made sure the correct code was used for each version, and even opened a new account with a different email, but I still encounter the same issue. Strangely, I installed it on a different machine yesterday, and it worked without any problems.

I need to run it on this machine since it has the capture hardware I require for doing some tests with your software.

You need to de-activate it on the other machine before you activate the license on the other computer.

I did it before moving to another computer. Like I said in my original post, I even opened another account to get new trail codes and still doesn't work.

Hello Eifert,
We double checked, and there are no firewalls blocking the application, and we’re still encountering the same error.
We tested it on another PC, and it installed and activated flawlessly. However, the PC where we need to evaluate your product is still not functioning properly. This machine is equipped with BM DeckLink cards and NVIDIA GPUs. We’ve even tried a fresh Windows installation but the issue persists.
I reached out to your sales team, and they informed me that in order to evaluate the product, I would need to pay for support, and they could provide a quote for it.
I apologize for venting here, but there doesn’t seem to be a direct channel for customer support. If we can’t evaluate the product, I see little reason to pay for support just to get past the activation screen.

Hello,

Quick update. We reinstalled Windows 11 using an old ISO (Win11_23H2_English_x64v2.iso) and now we can get past the activation screen.
