I’m unable to activate the product due to an “Invalid Request Code” error. I’ve installed both the SE and DE versions, made sure the correct code was used for each version, and even opened a new account with a different email, but I still encounter the same issue. Strangely, I installed it on a different machine yesterday, and it worked without any problems.
I need to run it on this machine since it has the capture hardware I require for doing some tests with your software.Thanks!
You need to de-activate it on the other machine before you activate the license on the other computer.
