What are your experiences with it?

Hi,
Note that the Koala device tracks rotation but does not track position. Therefore, if you move your camera during production, beyond just rotating it, the device will not register that movement. The exception is when you move the camera using a crane with a fixed length. In that scenario, the device can calculate movement by tracking the crane's rotation. At least, that is my understanding of how this device functions.Warmest regards,
as Eifert rightly says, KOALA provides the xyz position of the camera mounted on a crane. I personally use KOALA in live productions inside football stadiums where optical systems are affected by interference and the set-up times are very long. I advise you to write to the distributor's email (info@for-a.it) who, from my experience, responds immediately

They don’t publish any prices and there’s no purchase link anywhere, so that is a bit worrying. It also seems it doesn’t have any method to set accurate absolute world positioning. I recommend taking a look at ReTracker Bliss if you need accurate and affordable tracking.
