Collada Import Error

I'm making 3D animated graphs in C4D, exporting the files into Collada format. Then when I import the files into Aximmetry, I'm getting the error:

"An item with the same key has already been added."

When I simplify the graph and remove the 3D text of the model, I'm able to import the Collada file.

Currently, I'm working on an old laptop waiting on the new machines to arrive. Would a machine built to spec have get this error? Or is this an error of something I'm doing incorrectly.

Any advice or feedback would be appreciated.

I think this problem has nothing to do with your device configuration or build.
This problem may be caused by duplicate names in the exported Collada File items.
