Sequence dos not play

 

Hi, i need some help becuase I can not get further with my project. 


If I start to play a sequence I get the message: unreal engine no connection with aximmetry Rendering default output (1920 x 1080, camera is at the origin), in the top left corner. The project is already cooked and in an aximmetry project. 


Can somebody help me?

Did you add the Aximmetry camera to the Unreal project?

Yes I added the Aximmetry Green Camera (virtual, 1-3 billboards)

You’re using the Aximmetry Sequencer, right? Using the UE5 sequencer to control the camera wouldn’t work, since it always needs to be controlled from inside Aximmetry.

Also, you don’t have any blueprints in the scene that might take control of the camera, right?

I suggest starting with the Aximmetry default UE5 scene to make sure everything is working there.

I have seen this Video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2UWVry8-qTU. I want to trigger a sequence from unreal in aximmetry. The sequence should only sequence lighting and not a camera. 


In the unreal project I have used an unreal engine sequencer.

You can of course use the UE5 Sequencer to animate objects and parameters and trigger the sequences from Aximmetry, just like in the video. Since you’re getting this error message I’m suspecting that you’ve made a mistake somewhere, for example like adding the camera to the sequencer. It’s not typical or expected behavior you’re seeing, so to troubleshoot I recommend starting with the Aximmetry start project and try triggering a sequencer animation there.

There is no camera added to the sequence. In the new project the animation plays but the message still apear. I have also noticed the notification texture streaming pool over budget wich i solved with the command  r.Streaming.PoolSize 6000. Maybe it helps.

Is the new project created from the the Aximmetry UE5 Editor using their empty default template startup project? 

The Texture streaming message has nothing to do with Aximmetry, it’s a standard UE5 thing and probably not related. I would recommend just turning the feature off completely in the project settings.

I have got some errors in the blueprint that I solved. After that the sequence played in aximmetry but not in unreal. For my use it is solved for me so thank you for the help.
