Some of the modules are documented in Aximmetry, and their documentation shows up in the Info panel:

Unfortunately, most of the modules do not have this documentation available.

A good way to get a general idea of the available modules is to explore the different module categories. You can do this using the Module Type Browser panel, from which you can drag and drop modules into the Flow Editor:
