Will AMD X3D CPU be enhanced for aximmetry DE version? For example, 7700X is better than 7800X3D in terms of productivity but not as good as 7800X3D in terms of games. How to choose CPU！

As you said, it depends on what you are going to use it for. If this computer will be used to produce and render Unreal scenes (productivity),
then the 7700X is probably better. However, if the computer is only for
live rendering of cooked Unreal projects (similar to games) through Aximmetry, then the 7800X3D might be a slightly better choice.
