DeckLink8KPro signal is frozen.

 
Hello. My English is not good, but I would appreciate your help.
I am using BlackMagic Decklink 8KPro for camera input.The video signal was coming in fine until the other day,A few days ago, the video signal started to freeze.Blackmagic Media Express signal is coming in fine without freezing.When it freezes, it freezes for a few seconds and then goes back to normal.It repeats itself.
The version of DeskLink is 14.1.I also downloaded ver 14.0 and 12.9, but I am having trouble because the signal is not coming to DeskTop Video Setup.
Please let me know if you know a solution.Also, does anyone else have the same situation?

Do you get any error messages in Aximmetry when the freeze occurs?

Additionally, what settings do you have in Desktop Video Setup for the SDI slot you are using? Are you using Genlock? Does the Processor Load Display have its values in green?
