What did you purchase? Aximmetry uses ffmpeg, so MP4 recording shouldn’t require any purchase. What GPU are you using?

I paid money to buy an aximmetry, but there were too many errors, so it was difficult.

Hi,

There can be several reasons for this error. For example, some settings are supported by certain codecs in Aximmetry but not by others, especially in the audio formats. Therefore, a screenshot of the Video Recorder module or the RECORDER panel would help a lot in identifying which setting might be wrong or to better understand your setup.
