Sequencer Render pin appreciation

This is not a comment asking for help for a change, but an appreciation of the Render/Rendering pin in the sequencer.. Finally we can export from Aximmetry, frame accurate, natively using the Video Recorder node!! (Instead of doing video capture etc.)

I do now know if it is common knowledge around here, but I just wanted to make a comment about feeling a great sense of relief with this. Thanks!

A little technical discussion for the hell of it:

Cineform always results in the output's Gamma being off for some reason, but DNxHR looks beautiful!

All the best Axim devs / contributing forum posters!

Hi,

If anybody is wondering, here in the Offline Rendering paragraph it is detailed how to connect the Rendering pin: https://aximmetry.com/learn/virtual-production-workflow/preparation-of-the-production-environment-phase-i/setting-up-inputs-outputs-for-virtual-production/video/recording/how-to-record-camera-tracking-data/#offline-rendering
Note that the rendering pin has higher priority in execution than other pins. This ensures that everything gets executed in the correct order after it.

Regarding Cineform's gamma, is it also incorrect when you open the video with Aximmetry?

Warmest regards,
