Not allowed frame size

Whenever I press the record button I get the errors:

Raw_0001+CAM1.mov: VC3/DNxHD: not allowed frame size

Video Recorder: Failure during recording into Raw_0001+CAM1.mov

I have checked both the Edit >Preferences > Rendering > Frame rate, which is set to HD (1280 x 720) 1280,720

, which matches the device mapper > SRT: iPhone 13 Pro of Rik Mode: Auto or 720p30 (I have tried both)

and the VideoOuptups 'SRT: iPhone 13 Pro of Rik' - 720p30

I have read this but could not find the solution.https://aximmetry.com/learn/virtual-production-workflow/preparation-of-the-production-environment-phase-i/inner-workings-of-aximmetry/rendering-settings/
I hope anyone can help me out. Bellow I attached some screenshots that might help.

The DNxHD codec doesn’t support all resolutions. You should set the rendering resolution in the Rendering settings to 1080p. You don’t need to match the resolution to the camera, only the frame rate.  Rendering at a higher resolution will give better image quality. We render in 4K, even when the final output is only 1080p and that gives a very noticeable improvement in image quality.

Hi,

Note that this is 720x1280 in portrait rotation of your phone, instead of 1280x720:

Also, resolution doesn't matter as TwentyStudios said, but if you are using Lens Distortion, then the aspect ratios of the INPUT and the Rendering Frame Size must match:

Warmest regards,

Thanks guys! Rotating the phone fixed my issue! And I will keep the lens distortion tip in mind!
