Dear community, I have been trying all day to get Aximmetry eye tracking working and cannot figure it out. In the below video I show the issue I am experiencing: https://www.loom.com/share/04b9698dcbbb42a6b074aae003f503ca (sorry for the poor video quality). Basically when I trigger origin 1 it only updates once (and not perfectly aligns) and the camera does not start to follow the iPhone. Tracking is enabled and I have seen it work in other videos from the point of the trigger. I tried out all the steps covered in this video: https://youtu.be/KbAQkCUIvl8 (from 23 min it becomes relevant)
I really hope someone can help me out. I am really excited about this software! I am more than happy to jump on a call with someone too for a more in depth look.
I have also attached some screenshots:
I made a discovery, I have not solved it yet but I am getting closer. I discovered my iPhone should have been set as a tracking device in the startup configuration. It does not show up however. This is where I made my discovery.
