Latency on Free D data from PTZ Optics Move 4k

I am running Aximmetry  Broadcast DE  and using a  PTZ Optics  Move 4k  camera in a virtual set, using Visca  for the Free D  data.  I am finding that there is a noticeable lag between issuing a command  to the camera, and the virtual set reacting  to the camera movement. The camera itself appears to respond immediately to the command and starts  moving, however the virtual set movement  is delayed, feels like as much as 1/2 second sometimes.  I tried introducing a delay on the video in order to allow the data to catch up, but this is not  desirable in a live environment. I am using the Network connection  from the camera to my PC,  and a BM  Decklink Duo 2 card.  The system is  not genlocked.  Any  idea how I can fix this

Visca and FreeD are two different things. Visca isn’t really a camera tracking protocol and just because your camera has Visca it shouldn’t be expected that you’ll get useable real-time tracking data from it. You should ask PTZ Optics if the camera actually supports real-time camera tracking for virtual production.

PTZ's tech support is not impressive. I am part of a Beta  test in a Discord group for the  Free D as  advertised by   by PTZ. It has not been released yet .They say the Move 4k supports Free D , although the only protocol  available for the Move 4k is Visca.
