Hi Speakerbee,
Does this issue occur with the rental Broadcast license? Additionally, which type of video inputs are you using: SDI or NDI? Also, does it work with the previous version of Aximmetry?Warmest regards,
Celebr:
No, this is the complete Broadcast version.
Eifert:
These are all SDI inputs on the decklink quad 2.
The 2023.03.02 works fine without any issues on this PC, but the 2024.01 results in this behaviour.
Both with the same, perpetual Broadcast license (not the daily licenses).
I might need to deactivate the 2023.03.02 before on this PC?
However the 2024.01 let us log in with the same serial number just fine.
I also have a non activated Professional version installed on this PC too (Installed using your multiversion tool).
Thanks!
Hi Speakerbee,
Does this issue occur with only one specific port of the DeckLink card? If so, it means you may be using that port as an output somewhere in Aximmetry. You should check the Manage Devices window and the Video Outputs window to see if it is set as an output there.
You could also reset all Aximmetry settings to ensure you don't use a Video Port somewhere in Aximmetry.
You can do so, by selecting Manage Settings on the
startup window. Then click on backup, and save your settings. And then
click Reset.
If this didn't fix the “Video
Port Limit exceeded” error, then you can restore your settings from the
Backup file with the Restore button in the Manage Settings.
Warmest regards,
Hi, I am starting to use Aximmetry and I have some problems with conecting live video from my camera. We are using the AXIMMETRY STUDIO version for now. My video card is a BLACKMAGIC DECKLINK QUAD SDI and I only get the message "VIDEO PORT LIMIT EXCEED". Does the STUDIO version support SDI imputs? My video card has 8 outs
Hi,
You can enable SDI support in the Studio version by renting SDI slots. For more information on the different renting options and the differences between the licenses, visit: https://aximmetry.com/products
Warmest regards,
Do you have a demo version?
