blackmagic Decklink Quad 2 sdi output trouble

hi @aximmetry , i'm one of your clients .

I want you to help us resolve a problem with output sdi with aximmetry.

we have a Blackmagic Design DeckLink Quad 2 8-Channel 3G-SDI Capture & Playback Card. and we configure the Decklink quad 1 as the first input and we have feed in aximmetry without trouble but when we configure the Declkink quad 2  port as output1  we don't have the virtuel set and talent the sdi monitor.

we keepon having on the sdi monitor the feed of our camera 1 with green  screen andtalent  but we can't have our virtuel set and talent on the monitor sdi output .


help us to fix it.

Hi,

You should set the Connector to SDI 1 only:

In the SDI 1 & SDI 2 connecter mapping, the capture card expects you to connect two 3G-SDI cables to port 1 and port 2. This connector setup combines them into a single 6G-SDI connection, allowing capture cards to receive higher-resolution video than what would be possible with just a 3G-SDI connection.
