Do you experience lag even when the ProcessorLoad values are in the green?
If that's the case, could you please test if the project runs smoothly after cooking it? Please do this test without the motion capture plugin if it's incompatible with the cooking process.Furthermore, in live sync mode, could you specify what exactly lags? Is it everything, just the camera movements, the motion capture movements, or the input video?
