[Feature Request] Export and Import Presets

Hi there.

Generating Presets on Controlboards is a great feature.

It would be even cooler though, if there was an option to export/import those preset settings
in order to deploy them to multiple machines. Basically an import/export option in the context menu would be awesome.

Hi Eric,

We added it to our request list and we will consider adding it in future releases.

Note that this is the context menu of the button:

Currently, in Control Boards, you can only copy panel settings, with the exception of Preset panels.
However, you can copy the node of the preset in the Flow Editor, and this will include the settings stored in the Preset buttons.

Thanks for the tip!
Copying the node from the flow won't allow me to send it to another computer, though, since I can't 'save' the copied node to disk, just paste it into another flow on the same machine.
But maybe creating a 'pseudo compound' or 'group' from it would work, since groups could be saved to disk....hmmmmmm......

If I group those, the pin collector has to live in the same group as the preset....

Hi Eric,

You could just copy the .xcomp file to the other computers instead of creating new compounds. This would make it harder to find the Preset node, but at least you can be sure that no references will be broken.
