The SDI port is faulty

Hello, I am the studio version of Aximmetry and I have rented the PORT of SDI for one month, but when I used the capture card signal in DE, the message "VIDEO PORT LIMIT EXCEEDED" still appeared on the notice board. What is the reason? My capture card is DECKLINK SDI 4K

SDI input and output each take up a port, so if you’re outputting through the Decklink card, you’ve already used up your SDI port. I’m guessing this is why you get this message.

Are you still encountering this issue?
Note that the DECKLINK SDI 4K has two SDI slots: one for input and the other for output. When you posted this message, you had only one SDI port rented, so you were able to use only one of the two slots. Since then, you've rented another SDI port; therefore, you should now be able to use both SDI slots concurrently.
