when i open the streaming in video out config, here is the error comes, the computer got a aja card. It works fine in my laptop . Is there anything that have to setup rtmp output for a computer with a videoboard?

My suggestion would be to try running Aximmetry as an administrator:
If that doesn't work, consider disabling the firewall both on your computer and within your router, if your router has a firewall.
