How to create Virtual Studios from scratch?

Just getting started with aximmetry and It is pretty cool and has lots of features. But while importing things from unreal I see there are few things which cannot be controlled easily (example: reflection)

So i would rather want to build something from scratch in aximmetry itself so that I can use all the features of it. I'm not a 3D modeler so pardon me if i don't use the right terms. All I want to know is, let's say my 3D modeler makes the set in 3DS max or blender or some software and gives it to me in FBX format. How can I import it into Aximmetry? Is there any step by step tutorial?

In the last part it also show an example of importing a very simple model.

On importing complex scenes please see (Complete Studio Scene):

Reflection problems in UE4 scenes can often be solved by using Planar Reflections, if your GPU can handle it. Remember to Enable Global Clip plane first.
