does anyone know how can I pick green color from slave PC in multi-machine setup? I cant see input in our main composer PC since output from slave is sent directly to our vMix machine. Did I need to send output via NDI or does it aximmetry support in any more handy way?

In virtual cameras, the Show Remote panel enables you to view the INPUTs from other machines, allowing color picking on them.
Currently, there isn't a ready-made solution for color picking with tracked cameras in a multi-machine setup. However, this feature is on our task list, and you can anticipate a solution in the future.
In the meantime, as Martin demonstrated and you suggested, you can utilize the [Common_Studio]:Compounds\Tools\MultiMach_Transmit_Video.xcomp compound for transmitting the INPUTs of the remote machines to the controller machine.
