Do you want to use Xsens's MVN Unreal Live Link Plugin? If so, it should install without a problem:
Download it using the Epic Launcher's Marketplace:
And install it following the documentation here: UE5: How to Install Third-Party Code Plugins for Unreal Editor for Aximmetry
Especially the part about installing Visual Studio 2022 Community Edition, from the logs it looks like that is where the installation got stuck.
