SOLVED: By adding a genlock source to the BMD Decklink

Dear Aximmetry Support team,

I have a gameshow that requires me to output the Key and Fill of Aximmetry (keying is done externally as usual in a broadcast environment.I have the current setup:Aximmetry broadcast version 2021.4.2Decklink Duo 2 card (latest driver)

Here's the output setting of Aximmetry:


And finally, here' my decklink Duo 2 desktop video setup:

Whatever I do with this setup, there is always one port that doesn't show the output (nothing on it)
If I set the decklink to 4 separate outputs, I can see the alpha channel, however the timing is not synchronized between the fill and key. Thus the output when keyed on the mixer lags between the fill and key.
Kindly advise on the proper procedure.
