SDI In and HDMI out

Hi, is it possible to use a Blackmagic Decklink 8k with 4 SDI inputs (Professional DE) but output the render on HDMI or does the HDMI take up one of the avaliable 4 i/o channels. When i tried adding 4 SDI sources I got the message Port Limit Exceeded.

Hi Dave,

Actually you should be able to use HDMI without restrictions even if you already used up the 4 SDI ports.

What card would you use for HDMI output and which Aximmetry version do you use?

Are there any limits about HDMI usage in Pro License? how much hdmi port allowed beside ndi and sdi?

It's unlimited.

Hi, After clearing my prefernces in Aximmetry all SDI channels on my Blackmagic Decklink 8k started working alongside all HDMI outputs.

I am interested to know, how you use an DeckLink 8K and HDMI.
Did you just put another Blackmagic DeckLink with HDMI into your system? Which HDMI-card you used? Does it work without problems?
