Starter PC configuration

Hello, I'm just starting out on Youtube and am considering Aximmetry to build my virtual studio. I plan to work in 40K 30fps for now, and don't plan to do live streaming just yet. What's a budget build I could start with?

Hi,

I believe providing more information could enhance responses to your question. While we cannot recommend specific hardware, other forum members might be able to assist.

Please consider including answers to the following questions to facilitate more tailored advice from others:

  • Do you plan to make Green Screen productions? Do you plan to use moving cameras?
  • Do you plan to buy a camera?
  • What type of cameras do you intend to use, and do they feature SDI or HDMI outputs?
  • Are you open to purchasing used hardware or a used camera?
  • What kind of virtual scenes (studios) are you planning to create? This information will help in estimating the computational load required. We have several suggestions and information on computer hardware here. You likely don't want to buy server-grade hardware if you want to keep the budget low.
Note: If you don't do live production, then you can save videos in non-realtime rendering, this can significantly reduce the GPU and CPU requirements.
Including these details will likely enable others to offer more accurate and helpful advice.

Warmest regards,
