Extremely Poor Performance

Hi,
I'd like to have suggestions on what could be the cause of this extremely low performance.
I was thinking it was after I added the HDRI Backdrop, but turning off didn't help.

Screen is a simple image (not even video).

I'm using an RTX 3080TI mobile - 32GB Ram - SSD 2TB Samsung 980 Pro

This could be a number of things. First of all, running Aximmetry on a laptop isn’t recommended. Even if the base performance is adequate, they will inevitably throttle the CPU and GPU under sustained load due to heat.

Is your scene using Lumen or baked lighting? What resolution are you rendering in?
