So we refreshed our Aximmetry Broadcast to 5.2 and immideately started to have performance issues. GPU load hits 600% sometimes which was not an issue before. But the framerate is 25 and is holding OK. What could be possible reason for that?

Hi,
Did the framerate change too compared to before Unreal 5.2? Note that you can change the Frame rate temporarily to Unlimited to get a better idea of what the maximum your hardware can achieve. You can do so in the Edit->Preferences - Rendering: Also, you can change the Process load display on the same page to show Value instead of % GPU. This issue might be entirely related to how the GPU load is calculated, so if you see low values like less than 40 ms, then probably the GPU % is wrongly calculated.
You can test if this only happens with Unreal scenes by running an Aximmetry rendered scene, for example: [Studio]:News Room\News Room - VirtualCam_3-Cam.xcomp And test if it only happens with your Unreal scene by creating an Aximmetry Blank project:
If this issue isn't tied to your Unreal scene, providing information about your computer like the GPU hardware's name could help us find a solution.
