Blackmagic: DeckLink SDI 4K Incompatible output of acquisition card

Hello, when I used version 5.1 before, the output was normal and could be locked for synchronization. However, with version 5.2, the output is no longer available and synchronization cannot be bound. The acquisition card driver has been updated from 12.51 to 12.7. How can this output be set for the same issue?

Hi,

The mapped video devices are for Video Inputs and not for Video Outputs:
Blackmagic: DeckLink SDI 4K Incompatible output of acquisition card

You should unmap the video device from there and then you will be able to use it in the Video Outputs.

This was implemented in Aximmetry 2023.2.0 because using the same video slot for output and input can lead to various issues.

Warmest regards,

The DeckLink SDI 4K acquisition card has one input, one output, and one synchronization. Do not select in the input settings, only set the output and select synchronization, then go to the input and select this. Finally, the output still turns out like this. The previous version did not have this problem. You can try using this collection card, but it cannot be used normally now. Please seek help

Hi Solovai,

The new Aximmetry version 2024.2.0 BETA has been released. https://aximmetry.com/learn/software-version-history/#%E2%96%BA-Latest:%202024.2.0

This update fixed the issue of Blackmagic cards with one input and one output (e.g., Decklink SDI 4K) having incorrect I/O availability handling.

Warmest regards,
