The minimun operating system Windows 10 1703

Good morning. A query. I am installing Asimmetry SE and DE. and when I want to run it I get the message "Sorry. the minimun operating system requirement is windows 1703" I see on my computer and my operating system is windows 10 1909. What could be happening ?. Thanks in advance
