Hi,

I have a BlackMagic intensity shuttle USB3.0 device and also a blackmagic Duo Link capture card. My camera feed is coming into the PC through both these device (when connected to one of these. Checked it in OBS and BM Media express)

So, Initially I had the community DE version installed. Then I got the professional trial version since I requested. But even in professional version, when I tried getting my camera feed into it, I always got the following message:

Video: Blackmagic : Declink Duo (1) : No Input

I tried connecting the BM Intensity shuttle also and got a similar message

Video: Blackmagic : Intensity Shuttle : No Input

PS:

1. I have selected the right port, right frame-rate ( 1080i50 ). Cross-checked the parameters in Media Express and OBS

2. And I understand that the camera feed cannot be accessed by two apps simultaneously so I'm closing all other apps while using aximmetry.

What could be the problem?
