Hi,

When you make a scene from 3D models in the Aximmetry Composer, then you are making a scene using Aximmetry's render engine (Aximmetry SE). These scenes can not be opened by Unreal. If you want to render a scene in Unreal, then you have to set it up in Unreal Editor for Aximmetry.

You can read more about the difference between Aximmetry SE and DE here: https://aximmetry.com/learn/virtual-production-workflow/preparation-of-the-production-environment-phase-i/which-aximmetry-version-is-right-for-you/aximmetry-se-or-de/

You can start learning how to make scenes in Aximmetry or Unreal by reading the documentation starting here: https://aximmetry.com/learn/virtual-production-workflow/preparation-of-the-production-environment-phase-i/obtaining-graphics-and-virtual-assets/introduction-to-obtaining-graphics-and-virtual-assets/

Warmest regards,

@Eifert: I think you misunderstood the question? This has nothing to do with opening Aximmetry projects in Unreal.

@Ronan Monteiro: What you’re seeing is the Player Start mesh. Either move the Player Start object out of the scene or just follow the documentation for preparing your scene for Aximmetry, specifically setting the Game Mode to new empty one.

Hi TwentyStudios,

Yes, you are most likely right about it. I forgot about the Player Start mesh.

Warmest regards,
