Are you sure the reflection causes it?

You could check that by increasing Ray Traced Reflection Intensity and see if the strange part of the reflection also changes:
Also, make sure that you set:

Support Hardware Ray Tracing to On.
Use Hardware Ray Tracing when available to On.
In the Unreal Project Settings:
