By default, such helper signs only appear in the Preview output and they are hidden in the Out output:
So you should always show the Output Index #2 to your audience and the Output Index #1 to your monitor. If the video pins are exposed like in the above screenshot.
But if you really want to hide it in the Preview output, then you can do so with the Show On Preview parameter in the ON SCREEN panel of the CAMERAS control board:
