If you were using Studio and Professional editions, there was an issue and you need to download the new BETA 2 version and the new version of Aximmetry Eye. An email was sent about it in the last 24 hours with the download links and further instructions.
If you still can not connect to the Aximmetry PC from the phone, then make sure "Enable HTTP control" is enabled in Aximmetry on the PC and that the PC and the phone are on the same network. More on it here: What is Aximmery Eye and How to Use It?

Aximmetry Eye only works with the new Beta version of Aximmetry (2023.3.0 Beta).
You can only download Aximmetry version 2023.3.0 Beta by following the download link that was sent in an email. You didn't receive this email cause you registered to aximmetry.com after this email was sent. You can ask for the email which will contain everything you need to know by writing to sales@aximmetry.com.
HTTP control menu is available in Professional and Broadcast versions. As such, you don't need to check if you turned off Enable HTTP control in the Studio version.

If it didn't work with Aximmetry version 2023.3.2, it's unlikely to work with version 2023.3.0 either. It's crucial to ensure that you have the latest version of Aximmetry Eye and Aximmetry Composer installed.
