It is likely you set that capture card slot as an Input inside Aximmetry - Edit-> Device Mapper:

You should also make sure you didn't disable it in the Desktop Video app of Blackmagic.

I also have same problem. My card is only output. No other apps, programs are running, but still have such error...

If you are not using the latest version of Aximmetry, we recommend checking to see if the issue persists with the most recent release, Aximmetry 2024.1.0 or newer. Note that you can install the newest versions of Aximmetry alongside your existing older version.

Additionally, ensure you have the latest Desktop Video software from Blackmagic Design. You can download updates from their support page here: https://www.blackmagicdesign.com/support/

It would also be helpful if you could provide a screenshot of how your capture card is configured within the Desktop Video software. This information could aid us in diagnosing your issue more efficiently.

Hi, it happen the same to me. That´s why I got without updating since version 2023.0.1 but now that i need to download UE5.2 asset I have to upgrade UE and Axi to the latest version, the problem for me is also that with the vesion 2023.0.1 installed in the same computer I do see my Decklink mini monitor but with the version 2024.0.01 at the same computer Aximmetry doesn´t recognize it. I happes since varius versiones ago, I tought that for this version was going to be solved, that´s whe I give it a try.
