Does it happen regularly? If so, does it happen randomly or always after certain processes?
Note: this is a crash caused by your computer's GPU (graphics) and can have various reasons why it happens.

A dump file is generated if you click yes in your screenshot. This dump file will be saved in the Documents\Aximmetry\Dump folder.
You can upload this dump file to a filesharing site like Google Drive and grant access to it for sales@aximmetry.com. Then send a mail to sales@aximmetry.com with the link to the file and a description of how the crash happened.
We will then process the dump and send you a reply once we find the source of the crash.
