What do the numbers underscored in the picture of the SDI information mean？
Are these numbers related to tracking data?

Why are the numbers displayed in my Aximmetry constantly changing? And the tracking device I use is HTC Mars.

They are not related to tracking data. They are strictly about the video input and video output.
The only value that matters to users sometimes is the last value:

The numbers before the last break:
Shows every video Input's Sync Delta, Time Delta, and Buffer Level.

If you are using a tracked camera, there are twice as many numbers as cameras cause they also display the data for inputs from external keyers.
