Is there a way to downgrade Aximmetry project for exame from 2023.2.2 to 2023.0.1 .

Aximmetry projects should be more or less backwards compatible, but you can’t downgrade an UE5 project from 5.2 to 5.1. This is a limitation of Unreal Engine and not Aximmetry.
